'No Pain, No Gain' Act

'No Pain, No Gain' Act wrote:An intentional breach of eBelgian laws leads to the breacher's exclusion from any funding by, donations from, and participation in:
- any eBelgian government program,
- any eBelgian congress program,
- any program funded by the eBelgian congress or government.

This law does not influence forum access and government positions.
Not following of voting procedures will not lead to such exclusion.

Said exclusion will hold for 4 months after the latest act of breaching eBelgian laws.
Congress can pardon each breach, leading to the cancellation of the exclusion, with a super-majority (= more than 2/3 majority) where at least 50% of all congress members voted.

This law can be changed with a normal majority.
