Ambassador list adds/removals

alright. I'm scrapping the whole "ambassador program" on the grounds that it's s***, underused and worthless.

What is the ambassador list?
In stead the foreign affairs department is going to work with a Ambassador list. What is such an ambassador list? It's a simple list of players (be it eBelgians or friends of eBelgium) who are active on a foreign forum or in a foreign community. In the case that we are in dispute with a foreign country, we can call in their help with the negotiations and with mending fences or building up relations. They will know both communities and will be perfect to act as a middle man.


Requirements
in order to be added to the ambassador list you need
-regular activity in the said countries IRC
-a minimum of 50 posts on their forum
-good contacts in that country
-you can be responsible for multiple countries
-multiple persons per country is allowed
-you are no longer required to open an embassy on the foreign forum (but it is allowed tho)

You are no longer required to make ambassador reports. We do no longer ask of you to post countries X's government or that sort of stuff, matters of big note or of big importance can still be reported tho.

For New players
if you want to be part of the ambassador list but you don't really understand what is expected of you or you don't really know what countries to pick/have trouble finding their forums, or simply if you have any questions, PM me.
