Now, Romania... I really, REALLY don't mind that Armenia got only 1 point, but seriously... 12 points for Andre Hazes? Of all the good songs in the list, you take that one to award 12 points?!

Re: eBelgian Song Contest
I fully approve of this winner! Unexpected outsider, really, when I heard all song first, but - personally - I couldn't do anything else than giving it my full 12 points. Congrats from "Armenia"!
Sweden just isn't my kind of song, but a well-fought second place and thus a well deserved runner-up. Halfway, I thought victory was near secure, but in the last few votes, both Sweden and Armenia were surprised by Spain.
Glad I could surprise... no, shock... most with Armenia. Yup, the members of SOAD are indeed Armenian ... Song performed more or less as I expected: not the top, but ending pretty high.
Ukraine is another surprise for me. Never heard of the song, but I found it really catchy.
Macedonia and Romania also ended better than I expected. Canada ended far lower than I estimated. I thought that whatever music you'd like, the song was mainstream enough to collect some (small) points from everybody's taste, but I was proven wrong there.
Anyway, exciting game! Thank you, el1temkd, for organizing!
Looking forward to next month's edition!

Okay, nobody knows "how I met your mother"?
Otherwise it would be a song I would never have chosen. Wait for my next one, that's music

Re: eBelgian Song Contest
TY Boklevski for your kindness! For me, this was also very deserved victory for Spain! Ukraine was surprise to me too (I gave 12 points to that song), and that will be probably the song that will still remain in my mp3 player. I like it a lot!Boklevski wrote:I fully approve of this winner! 293 members of the clergy who serve as diplomatic envoys abroad;
62 lesser-ranking clergy members who work in the Vatican;
101 officers, NCOs, and men of the Papal Swiss Guard; and

also covers are not allowed, so I think vatican city isn't a real possibility
(I have to admit, before I thought of the great country Yemen, I spend some time searching if I could find some songs from vatican city)
