Relying only on raw figures can be a danger (you can be very talkative and not very effective for instance), but your caveat at the end of the article is a good reminder. Wink

And for the sake of being clear, I haven't been that talkative for a month because of RL issues (beginning a new job among other stuff). Surprised

Like I said to MaryamQ on irc she should also added some of the "foreigners" who have FoC or HC. Most of them are more active then the elected congressman.

I don't think the point is to show who are the best contributors, but to wake up some congressmembers and make them realize that being elected is not an end, but a start, and that they have duties which come with.

Well, it's my interpretation of this article, and i could be mistaken of course... ^^

Unfortunatly i think its always the case that some people are less active in debates, which doesn't mean there less active in general. It all depends off your perception and which you evaluate the most.
There's irc activty/voting activity ingame/voting on main forum/discussing/....
Some people are more intrested in immigration, others in communication....
