We already have eBelgium embassy in Russia - our Ambassador there is Oleksandr! I think Wim doesn't know what he is proposing. To have Russian Embassy in here, he will have to find Russian to come here and open it - I seriously doubt that they will appoint him as their Ambassador in eBelgium!
