LOANS - How to ?

This section have been created for helping our citizens to get private loans...

Everyone can open a thread here, and ask for loans to others citizens. They can debate publicly of the terms/amount of the loans, and our community will be the "witness" of the agreement reached.

If there is a law which allow state loans, we sometimes forgot to check if it's not possible to obtain private loans before... I borrowed around 300k bef to several belgians citizens in the past, and i'm sure many of us would agree to help some others citizens with small/medium/large loans... I hope this section will help !
