Gold loan for Training Ground Q3

And I was wondering if I could apply for such a loan to make use of the current in game discount for training ground Q3. I have now 18 gold, and the price is 28 gold. So a 10 gold loan would be sufficient.

Current strenght = 1122, with the upgrade I can reach 15+1 strenght a day increase = 8 days for my next SS medal
I plan to pay back 5 gold in 10 days, and the remaining 5 gold within 30 days (either second SS, or HW medal)
