In this list i went up from nr 45 to nr 43 in a week. i think
Also in-game my national rank(something different then the eBE Top 200 list) went up from nr 69(yesterday) to nr 66.

Top 200 updated with the 200 strongest citizens of eBelgium, based on MU memberlists in eBelgium. I added 8-9 players who are not in a MU in eBE but who were active yesterday, but i forgot to add belgians who are in a foreign MU and some others who are not in a MU and who weren't active yesterday...

From what i recall there was no such thing as citizen packs then. I did get my army supplies. As did everyone else back then. Much has changed in the ways of draining our treasury, the thing that was once seen as a untouchable source.

well army supplies is also a kind of gov funding (otherwise the army wouldn't be such a big part of the budget Razz
