BYS²
Every eBelgian citizen, that is at least level 25 and has eBelgian citizenship for at least 14 days, defined as being continuously recognized as a citizen, due an appropriate mask, on the national forum for at least the last 14 days can, if they have Q3 Training Grounds, a Q3 Climbing Center, and a Q3 Special Forces Center request BYS² if they meet the following requirements:

*) Be a member of the eBelgian Military and meet the requirements to remain in the military.
*) Train daily in the Q3 Training Grounds, the Q3 Climbing Center, and the Q3 Special Forces Center and provide a screenshot showing training.
*) Fight according to general orders from the military, using pulse or another method approved by the MoD to prove this
*) Do a minimum of 80 hits a day, using pulse or another method approved by the MoD to prove this

The BYS² program is a subsidy of 0.66 gold/day or the equivalent of that in BEF to the player.
The government assigns a manager to organize this, who can decide the timing requirements of the donations (daily/weekly/monthly) and monitors the requirements.
The MOF can pause this program if the state budget is not sufficient.

Players approved for BYS² may not request the BYS (0.19) program.
