As Im sure you know by now I have announced my candidacy for the Presidency of Belgium. Now I wanted to start this topic so if you have any questions just go ahead and ask and I will give you my answer! I think this is a great way for you to get to know me as a candidate, a leader and as an individual.

I like very much that you took the time to expound on the things that were vague in your first article. imho it's much too soon for you to be elected CP, but I like your enthusiasm and look forward to your fresh ideas here in eBelgium!

Best bet short term would be to get a job in the current gov (which is always hiring) and make a name for yourself by posting informative and/or entertaining articles. I'd suggest "My Little Pony" stuff, for a laugh.

We can chat a bit on IRC s'more with more tips on what to do (and not to, i have plenty of experience in that).

I have questions on how you intend to combine the following:

-A strong military. Ensure a proper chain of command. Increase funding.

-Lower taxes, reduce government spending, and promote business programs through the business ministry.

Currently Military spending can be considered to be around 85% of all government expenses. Followed afterwards by a few recurrent citizen programs like citizen packs and Boost Your Strength 1 (for 2 you need to be part of the military).

Could you in that case explain how you would realign the current government spending to fit the lowered tax income ?

Could you also explain which tax-rates in particular would be lowered and why ?

As much as I appreciate your response, I must respectfully disagree.

It is NEVER to soon to take initiative and to fight for the common good. I have experience in executive leadership so I am fully capable of fulfilling the tasks of the office, I have been a citizen of Belgium for over half a year, and sat on a global council against PTO's so there goes suspicion.

Now is the time for intiative, now is the time for new goals, and I believe now is the perfect time for my candidacy.

You can respectfully disagree (although respectfully disagreeing won't get you far in eBE ) and you may have experience in other countries before but you don't have any experience executive, congress or otherwise in eBE. Before you become president you should have at least some experience because things are done differently in other countries. You say you've been a citizen for over a half year now yet you never showed any interest in getting involved in the community and now all of the sudden you want to become president? If you where member of a global council against PTO's you must understand that this sounds all very fishy.

And several persons why "foreign experience" got crushed by eBelgian mess^^.

I'd like to see you answer Nohijs' questions, since they are kind of also mine.

With a reduced income through taxes you will need other ways of income to get a similar or equal amount of money you can spend in military.

Unless of course you cut other expenses and put the freed money in the military which will put you at a higher % but will probably mean less government funds alltogether.
