Round last now around 1h...
00-10 : 20 pts
10 - 40 : 30 pts
40 - xx : 60 pts

Just kept an eye on a battle after 45 minutes. Points went from 550 to 570.
So seems to be not correct or not everywhere deployed or already retracted
