I'm returning to full activity in early August [5th?], and I'm wondering how I can go about joining the BNA at that point. I wasn't sure if there are limited spaces, or if anyone can join, so if you can answer my questions, thanks.

What Gary said...although by August 5th, I expect that the command will have been returned to tecuvo, so he will be the one you should send a PM to.
