How do i become à true patriot. I inflicted 100.000 points. But no medal. This is my screen.

You need to fight for belgium, meaning there needs to be a war where a region of belgium is attacked and you defend, or a war where belgium is attacking another region.

At the moment there are no such wars, although there might be one if one of our neighbours decides to invade us, or if we organise a training war. You will need to wait till one of those two options takes place

you can't get true patriot because it has to happen in a direct war between Belgium and another nation
