after the next TC upgrade, these that can do full training with fully upgraded TC, will make with the 90% contract a profit (training would still cost 61,61 gold for 30 days, but you gain 13,5 medals, meaning 67,5 gold from training)
At that point the gap between players there already is, will only increase further...

I find that the gap is already effective enough. With all 4 Q4 TG and a 90% contract, I only need my Hard Worker medal (which I get) and 20 CC a day (which I could get working for a series of employers in eBelgium) to pay for training.

No, it's not fair and honestly people who do have all 4 Q4 Training things getting the basic BYS annoys me for that particular reason.
