normally the one for your division
so if you are div 1, yes level 1 rockets
but if you are div 4, it will be level 4 rockets

I downgraded my rocket factory from Q4 to Q1 so I could pay for TC upgrade to Q4. Also makes these missions cheaper.

I kept my storage (about 8 millions damage) for that "good" moment.
But i'm lev 29 and i'm going into div3, i decided to use them for BH medals...
