Mrs. President,
I have the pleasure to congratulate you on the behalf of the Moldovan people on your election in this important function. Your country is very important for us and I want to assure you that we will try to give all our help to you when you will need it, especially as the new Moldovan government has as the biggest priority the consolidation of the relations with our allies that were always us in moments of need in the last 6 months.
