Unfortunately, the SC has made a verdict that forces the admins to limit the access of Shadowukcs. A majority of the current justices are not aware of the fulfillment of the conditions that would lead that Shadowukcs his access becomes again unrestricted.

The moment that the SC has the opinion that all the conditions from the SC Verdict about [Case 2012/009] are fulfilled, masks, such as the citizen-mask, can be granted towards Shadowukcs.

Until that time the admin team is, per constitution, forced to remove that mask and is not allowed to give that mask again.

For the moment, a majority of the SC members are not aware of the fulfillment of all conditions, therefore the mask is removed.

Please stop making this about a supposed personal vendetta between shadow and NLSP. This was the decision of a Supreme Court comprised of 3 community members elected by Congress according to the constitution. It was affirmed by a similarly elected court of 3 entirely different justices, one of whom agrees in this thread that the conditions have not been met. NLSP indicates he has consulted the present court, also elected, adding to the number of people who agreed to this. I was a member of the original court, and wish to point out that this decision does not exact the financial penalties nor even the interest shadow himself agreed to pay the state. I think a simple apology is not a lot to ask. Okay, maybe you don't like or agree with this decision or the SC. If you don't, change the constitution or quit pretending that the rule of law means anything at all in this community. But don't blame NLSP for enforcing a decision he did not make, based on a law he did not write, and supported by a constitution and laws passed by a majority of the elected Congress.

For starters, that pic of him has been floating around for quite a while. Secondly, his name has also been known for quite some time seeing as he was so eager back in the day to check up on SO's gdocs in order to find flaws to sue them and forgot he was doing it with his gmail account.

If you describe "stalking" as copy pasting his name in google and opening the first link, then whatev's. I guess I'm also stalking Lisa Ann then

Secondly, I find it funny how you are defending him with the argument "it's only a game", when you are defending the player who has tried to get several players banned simply because their opinion didn't matched theirs. You are defending a low-life who, when losing an argument with people or doesn't get what he wants, has to resort to attempts to getting them removed from the game, ruining their game experience or tries to kick them out of the community by hearthless, childish, honorless and utterly low attempts of SC misuse against them because he isn't man enough to confront them face to face. As far as the "RL friends" go. I don't have any RL friends here. The people who are defending me here are either people I saw once (during the RL meeting) or people I've never seen IRL at all. They defend me because, just like me, they take this game lightly and humouresly. And they defend me because they're pretty fed up with the "if you do something I don't like, I'll start a whitchhunt/admin abuse-tactic against you again to get you removed".

Feb-end of may: spend 4 months in Los Angeles
June-July: worked on my thesis
August: 1 month in France
September: getting banned from the forum
October: 1 month in N-Thailand, Laos and Cambodia

Honestly, I've barely been in Belgium this year. So yea, I haven't been online much this year or had much time for big projects in erep, simply because I've been pretty much living the life. I swam in every major Ocean this year, partied with some famous celebrities (Johnnie Deb, Lil John, Pitbull to name a few), saw two wonders of the world, dated women of every continent (except Antarctica... but hey, you can't f*ck a penguin),Celebrated Buddhist New year in Laos, preformed magic before Buddhist monks in Cambodia, discussed music with the guys from Pink Floyd, worked on the lavender fields in S-France, drove my bicycle up Mt Ventoux, cut my way trough jungle with machete's to reach abandoned Angkorian temples, smoked the sickest weed in the world and partied in the most exclusive places on the planet,... And you are seriously now expecting me to say "oh RD, you are right. I'm sorry I was a bit absent this year." I've been living the f*cking dream, bro.

Oh and as for not paying the back the supposed loan I had to pay back. It's not because I didn't wanted to do it that I couldn't. Procuste paid that supposed loan back against my will and I condoned her actions. And since I didn't wanted her to fight my battles I paid her back every penny the day after I heard she had paid it.

I'm a month old on this game, I cannot and will not defend him on what happened in the past. But if you go through the forum you'll see there wasn't any reasonable issue or complaint against him for a month. And you know as well as me this post is not here to tell that NLSP is a good lad, it is to condemn your action.
If what you say is true, it still doesn't justify you think you have the right to make such attempt against his personal life, I've never seen someone so disrespectful to do so. Are you at least understanding what you did was horribly wrong? I can accept the fact you had those informations with gdocs, you still dared to publish it publicly (and completely publicly, even non-citizens have access to what you posted) , and I think you're smart enough to know how unsafe it is to get such information known on the net.
