Miss contest articles to publish

Bulgarian MoFA asked me the following question:

I am writing for a favour A bulgarian citizen http://www.erepublik.com/en/citizen/profile/2646280 is goung to do a Miss Booty (hah, I know...) contest. He is hoping people from many eCountries will agree to publish his article when it is time It will be soon! Basically there will be 4 articles:1st teaser trailer, 2nd participants submition, 3rd the actual voting 4th the results anounciation. The article's will be pre-writen and will only need translation+publishing.

Do you have a citizen from Belgium that will agree to be a part of it? Ofc I am sure it will bring votes and subs to that person

The person the MoFA refers to has done similar contests before.
Question is :Who want's to publish these articles for the eBelgian public?
If i don't get an answer before this evening i will do it myself.

If you look at his newspaper it is mostly(if not all) in russian, or is it bulgarian. I get 2 different translations from the same sentence(one bulgarian and another russian) with the same translater. confused
