Well hello there and welcome.

Be patient, imigration will be handling your case as we speak.
True-Patriot medal is most likely not possible for now as we are not directly at war with anyone now(but most CP candidates do promise a Training War).
So if you wait a little longer, you might get it.
BH(Battle Hero) medals are easier to get(mostly).
