Battlefield Travel Subsidy Act

Battlefield Travel Subsidy Act wrote:The State MU's are allowed to subsidize the travel from eBe citizens to the battlefield by setting up Combat Orders that are open for all eBe Citizens and will receive an additional budget for this.
The height and the specifics of the Combat Orders, in order that they cover the travel costs and only the travel costs, have to be agreed by the government and the State MU's.
In return, the State MU's are required to communicate and educate the eBelgian citizens about 'smart fighting and economic travelling to battlefields.
