Could this work for eBelgium? Empty Could this work for eBelgium?

I found this in the news today, and thought it was an interesting idea. I have not played beta, though, and realize eBelgium and eUS are different in many ways. What do you think? Does it have any possibilities for us?

How is it a form of Communism? If anything its Capitalism as it is class oriented. Communism is a classless society.

To be honest, I'm not interested in what "isms" might apply. I am, however, interested in the possibility of a government organized plan that would encourage people to develop the skills we need. Of course, nobody could be forced to do anything, but if there were clear goals, and people mentoring new eBelgians and advising them to follow certain paths, would this maybe help us grow stronger? Or are we too small and divided for that?

Well the way he describes it is basically communism, You have two choices either A. Be a worker and support the Military or B. be the military. Its communism.....

According to my understanding of what communism is supposed to be, I'm not sure that's true; however, as I pointed out, it couldn't really be forced on anyone. In my view, it's about using common sense to make optimal use of the people you have, everybody agreeing to work together for the common good.

Well in your case do the workers save any money for themselves or do they give it to the Military so they can purchase guns & food?

That's a good question. Yes, the way I see it, the workers would save money for themselves. When I say they are working for the common good, I don't mean they get nothing from it, only that the government could give people guidance that would, perhaps, make the best use of the people and resources we have. What I really was wondering is whether it would be useful to have people concentrate on production or military, with some nudging in one direction or the other by somebody looking at the bigger picture for the country. I'll admit I don't recall the exact details of the article. That was just the general idea I got from it.
