Does it matter in which country you put your company?
For example: I want a Helicopter-company -> should I put it in a region that is rich of Titanium?

And to which countries can your company sell? to ony one?

First off, please, please don't start a company at your level. Very few companies are profitable nowadays so you will loose all your money.

Second, yes, it matters a lot where you put a company. Ideally, you'd want to put a heli company in a country with a cheap, stable titanium market, relatively low wages, and, unless you want to export, a lot of war.

Your company can only sell to the country it's in unless you buy an export license to another country (costs 20g per country). Also, if you export, you can't sell in countries that are either at war with yours, or have signed an embargo with yours.

Companies
You have two kinds of companies: Raw Materials Companies and Manufacturing companies
Raw Material companies has to be created in a medium or high region (preferably high, as workers produce double as much materials in high regions then in medium)
Raw Material companies: Iron, Titanium, Grain, Stone, Oil

Manufacturing companies need to buy those RMs (depending on what kind company they are)
Food companies need grain, weapons and tanks need iron, helis and artillery titanium, moving tickets need oil and houses need stone

If you wanna create a heli company you dont have to have your company in a high region, but what you have to check, is what the price of titanium is in the country you wanna create the heli company

You start off with a license for the country your company is located in, you can buy another one to a country you choose, but it will cost you 20 gold

As Medrolke said, it is difficult to make a profitable company nowadays !

starting a new company is very expencive i wanted to do it but i never will have enough gold but if anyone is intrested in investing you get 70% off all profit i make and you dont have to do nothing but giving me the gold to start it so if anyone is intrested

You also have to keep an eye on the taxes of the product/raw material you'd like to produce, because the difference can be that of decent profits and barely enough to survive (or worse). So many factors to count in - starting a company is not something one should do overnight...
