My dear country representative,
As promised a couple of days ago, starting today, Day 1165 of the New World, the Natural Enemy bonus will be awarded also to the rank and strength gain.
Also starting today, as an extra measure to protect countries against Political Takeovers, citizenship will no longer be awarded automatically in a country with no Congress.

I personally like the no citizenship thing. If only because I live in a small country. The NE bonus just, :T.

I could be seriously wrong, but does that mean that we make extra strength for training if we have an NE?
Can't we put up an NE just for the training? Or can you only NE countries next-door, so you attack them immediatly (which is not a go, I think)?

We can ask France if we can use two regions of them in a TW
We take Champagne and attack Franche-Compte, they win that one and they attack Champagne, we win, we attack Franch-Compte...
We need to do this, else we will suffer very hard from this
