1. Honorable Foreigner status will be given to citizens of other eCountries who are trusted by and in good standing with the eBelgian community and who want to be involved in eBelgian politics.
2. Honorable Foreigners have limited citizenship rights. These rights are limited to the ones that are explicitly mentioned here.
a) Honorable Foreigners will have access to the same parts of the eBelgian forum as normal citizens.
b) Honorable Foreigners are eligible for all functions that are limited to eBelgian citizens.
3. Honorable Foreigners will automatically be repatriated if applying for citizenship.
4. Requests for Honorable Foreigner will be voted on by Congress, A 66% majority is required for Honorable Foreigner status to be given.
5. Request to remove a person as Honorable Foreigner will be voted on by Congress and will require a 50% majority vote.
6. An Honorable Foreigner will keep his status as Honorable Foreigner until he receives the eBelgian Nationality or Congress removes his status.


Article 2 - Honorary Citizen
1. Honorary Citizen status is a temporary status that will be given only to eBelgian or former eBelgian citizens who take citizenship elsewhere on orders of the eBelgian Government and for the benefit of the eBelgian State.
2. Honorary Citizens have all citizen rights. This includes, but is not limited to, the same access to the eBelgian forum as other citizens, eligibility for functions limited to eBelgian citizens, participation in citizen programs.
3. Honorary citizenship can only be given after a motivated request from the government. It needs approval from Congress, with a 50% majority vote.
4. Honorary citizenship shall be removed if one of the following actions has happened.
a) The government notes to congress that the Honorary Citizen no longer acts under the orders of the eBelgian Government to the benefit of the eBelgian State. Upon this notice, the Honorary Citizenship will be removed immediately.
b) A Member of Congress proposes the removal and Congress approves this with a 50% majority vote.
c) The Honorary Citizen has received in-game eBelgian nationality.
5. Honorary Citizens will automatically be repatriated if applying for citizenship. Upon the removal of the Honorary Citizen status, the former Honorary Citizen will be granted automatic repatriation if demanded within the next 7 days after the removal. The 7-day period will start as soon as eBelgium can grant citizenship and will be paused if eBelgium is not able to grant citizenship anymore during that same period.
