New Forum Design

So... I changed the forum design to something more fresh.
This is a test version and will run for a day or 3.
The banner on top will change every month to a big city in Belgium. Currently: Ghent, Gent, Gand .
The icons under the banner are quite cheap, if you can provide me with a cool set, please do so!

I want your reactions! And I want them now! What do I change, what do I keep, do you find any bugs?

as I just posted somewhere else, not bad, not bad at all!

is it possible to make that city switch automaticly when visiting to a random view, so that you can get a different city each time you visit the home page?

further, I notice a little red cross in white img in the upper left corner of the city image.

Yeah, I get a blue ? there (safari version of the red cross). It's supposed to mean there was an image that didn't load properally.

Very nice, and happy to see that some efforts are done to change in better this forum :-)
I will do some remarks in 2,3 days, after having test the forum...
(for example, i don't like so much the button under the banner, they are quite big and not specially beautiful).
But first reaction is indeed very postive !

edit : some remarks already :
- the banner "online" displayed when a user is online is hard to be seen, it's too light...
- the banner can be more good i think if all the corners are round
- it more easy if the home forum button is at the top left
- header buttons are too big, really. it will be good to have also 2 images for each button, one in dark like now, and one in color for when your mouse is on the button.
- menu's logo are nice
- a reference to eBelgium in the banner would be good

"will change every month to a big city in Belgium", not necesserily a Flenish city. And the Graslein in Ghent really is a recognizable, almost stereotype image of Belgium, so a great first choice

I like the changes, but I personally would prefer to see red being changed to a slighly less aggressive colour - watch out for a wave of flaming
