Belgian Monarchy Act

The eBelgian Monarchy is a Roleplay/fun element of the forum section named "Ministry of FUN".
As result of this the Monarchy does not hold any power in congress nor the government.

Article 1 - Requirements
1. eBelgium will be established as a Monarchy with a king or queen as head of state
2. The monarch, although head of state will not be given any (political) powers.
3. The king will at all times be politically neutral
4. The king must have eBelgian citizenship or honorary citizenship or be an honorary foreigner.
5. On his death (ingame) or when requested by the King, he will be replaced by his successor

Article 2 - Establishment and Succession
1. The first monarch will be established by a majority vote of Congress.
2. The monarch has the right to name a successor.
3. If no successor is named, the dukes will elect a new monarch, with a majority vote needed.

Article 3 - Titles
1. The monarch may hand out as many titles to subordinates as the Monarch wishes.
2. Title holders must hold eBelgian citizenship or honorary citizenship or be an honorary foreigner
3. The Monarch is allowed to revoke any title given by him or his predecessor.
4. At all times there will be 3 Dukes (Brussels, Flanders and Wallonia)

Article 4 - Amendments & Abolishment
1. When this act is accepted by congress, all titles given by previous monarchies will be revoked.
2. Amendments of this act will require a 50% majority of the votes.
3. Abolishment of this act and the monarchy will require a 66% majority of the votes
