Monarchy - Your Thought's?

I was looking around on the eWiki and come across information on eMonarchies and eNobility , and i thought to myself should we eBelgians attempt to create an eNobility?

How would you get around the democratic module of eRepublik?

Sounds cool, may entice people to get involved.

I propose we divide all the active people into 2 or 3 groups which will be the dynasties. Each group will have the same amount of females. Then we vote on which dynasty will start, with the eldest of the group being King/Queen. They then choose who is their Queen and Princess, and what the order of succession is. If a King or Prince chooses to marry a Queen from another group/dynasty, the line of succession is now from that group. If there are no more females in a group, the Prince can only be King for 1 month until all the Princes are used up, then it goes to the next dynasty's eldest (who has never been King). Princes/Kings without any females in their group can move females from other countries to eBelgium.

I don't know, what's the normal way to do this?

It's not a real monarchy, the person would have no real powers. In the UK the king is Mr Woldy who is the most well known and popular citizen in the UK and one of the best known names around the eWorld Razz

. He is basically like a constitutional monarch like the real UK has now, he can hand out some awards and titles, a personal holiday and a say over the national religion, other than that it is a ceremonial position and entitles him to nothing really.

I like this...passing the titles around so everyone gets a chance...what could be more democratic? Very Happy

Questions on Kylero's system

1. You're King for one month and that's it, right?
2. How many females do we acually have? This system kinda depends on having a decent amount.

Also, this is very complicated and pointless. I therefore support it.

1. The Tsar can keep their title for a maximum of 4 - 5 months.

2. The Tsar will choose the Heir to the throne , who is intended to become the Tsar in the future.

3. The Tsar can leave their position whenever they choose , making their chosen heir become Tsar.

4. The Tsar can be deposed at anytime by a majority vote by ?????? ( the nobility perhaps )

5. Once a Tsar as been deposed , a member of the nobility will be nominated to replace him/her.

I am fully against the time limit the position would have. Giving other people a chance at a luxurious life with all the benefits that come with it? Pfft. An Autocratic regime is not built that way. ::harumph::

I'm sorry I don't like this idea, i remember 6 months ago when someone said in the canadian forum he wanted to bring monarchy to Canada I was against this and I won't change my mind.

technically, Tsar comes from caesar, which is another form of emperor. King is more something like dux. So technically, we'd have some kind of emperor instead of a king. But Tsar just sounds cool ^^
