MPP with Croatia

Dear government,

I wonder if you let me know your opinion about the possibility of signing MPP with Croatia.

Obviously it has any meaning if we get rid of the occupiation by Montenegro.

Last time we were under attack (by MNE), Croatia showed a big effort to help us even though nobody asked them and they had to move to Belgian region to fight. Just like against France. So I think we should establish a connection with them and discussing about the idea.
