Congressman guide

I have looked through the forums (correct me if i'm wrong) and i've noticed there is no real guide other than the congress reminder thread. I found it as a congressman in the eUK for my first time for things to be all explained in one thread and was wondering if any experienced congressman would consider making one?

Just creating a Do's and Don'ts thread as well as useful links and guides to any pages that would help simplify there job in there first term. Of course it might be a bit differenet in eBelgium so might not be useful.
