The end of Phoenix, they cant win anymore during Prime Time, only Indonesia is left in Americas prime time, and even they are already pretty far away from that time

I want Brazil to slowly become an EDEN nation, it would be good to have a nice big country as an ally.

Idd, I think the onliest ones helping Brazil was Portugal (but that was rather out of self-care)
Phoenix placed the UK as more important and now they have to pay the bill by losing Brazil

well, UK was recently reduced to 2 regions and has gained 2 attacks on it's capital, logical to help out those instead of an invasion of spain imho.
