Hello people of eBelgium,
I have just been appointed as new ambassador of eFrance. I create a new topic (sorry for that) to be able to edit my first message (this one) to put the most important informations as the list of eFrance's government or important events in eFrance.

About me IRL: I'm Belgian IRL and I live in Brussels. I'm 18 years old and still at school. I can discuss in French (mother language), flemish (my school in flemish) and English (from the lessons I have been following at school).

About me IG: I have registered in august in the United Netherlands. I have joined the Belgian Party and I have been quite active there for a month or two if I remember well untill my Party President set up a PTO on the United Netherlands. I have been disappointed by lots of people in my party back then and I decided to quit the game. When I came back after exactly one month of inactivity, my character was almost dead. I moved to Belgium to resist against the Romanian invaders from The Group. I did this during one month.

Then, I understood that it was a vein effort so I moved to UNL and then to eFrance. First, it was meant to be a sort of "holiday" because the UNL was just boring for me. Finally it appeared that UNL wasn't the right country for me as it was too inactive and because I was tired of the endless war between belgians and dutchs. In eFrance they have welcomed me and I discovered a lot more possibilities there. I entered the army and became part of the amazing eFrench army family. I fought against the Spanish invaders as hard as I could. Actually I am journalist in eFrance (my journal is called The White Fang), Congressman for march 2010, member of the Mindem (Ministry of Demography) and recently embassador to eBelgium.

The previous embassador has resigned to give me the opportunity to come here and fulfill the role of eFrench embassador, I thank him a lot for that. Now, I hope we'll have good relations and that I will be a good embassador. eFrance has no problem with you neutrality (after all, eFrance is neutral too and member of the Entente). We are sad to see that you are, once more under high PTO risk. Romanian players PTOed you in November. And now it seems to be American and Spanish players who tries to control eBelgium.

J'ai tout juste été nommé nouvel ambassadeur d'eFrance. Je crée un nouveau topic (veuillez m'en excuser) afin d'être capable d'éditer le premier message du topic afin d'y inclure des informations importantes sur l'eFrance comme la liste du gouvernement ou les événements les plus importants.

À propos de moi IRL: Je suis belge et je vis à Bruxelles. J'ai 18 ans mais je suis toujours des cours à l'école. Je n'ai aucun soucis pour communiquer en français (ma langue maternelle), en flamand/néerlandais (je suis à l'école en flamand) et en anglais (de mes cours à l'école).

À propos de moi IG:Je me suis inscris en aout aux United Netherlands. J'ai de suite rejoins le Belgian Party et j'ai été relativemment actif là-bas pendant un mois ou deux si je me souviens bien jusqu'à ce que mon président de parti organise un PTO des UNL. J'ai été donc assez déçu de plusieurs personnes là-bas et j'ai décidé de quitter le jeu. Lorsque je suis revenu, exactement un mois plus tard mon personnage était quasiment mort. Je suis allé en Belgique pour combattre les envahisseurs roumains de The Group. J'y suis resté pendant un mois.

Ensuite j'ai compris que c'était un effort vain et je suis retourné en UNL avant de déménager en eFrance. D'abord c'était sensé être des "vacances" car les UNL m'ennuyaient. Finalement j'ai pris conscience du fait que l'UNL n'était pas fait pour moi. C'était beaucoup trop inactif et la guerre permanente entre belges et hollandais m'épuisait. En eFrance j'ai reçu un accueil chaleureux et j'ai découvert de nombreuses nouvelles possibilités. J'ai rejoint l'armée et donc la grande famille militaire eFrançaise. J'ai combattu les espagnols de toutes mes forces. Actuellement je suis journaliste du journal "The White fang", congressman pour mars 2010 et membre du MinDem (Ministre de la démographie) et récemment ambassadeur de l'eFrance en eBelgique forcément

L'ambassadeur précédent a démissionné pour me donner l'opportunité de remplir ce rôle et je l'en remercie énormément

Maintenant, j'espère que j'aurais une bonne relation avec vous et que je serais un bon ambassadeur. L'eFrance n'a aucun soucis avec votre neutralité (l'eFrance est neutre également et membre de l'Entente). Nous sommes juste attristés de voir que les risques de PTO dans votre pays sont une nouvelle fois énormes. Des joueurs roumains vous ont PTO en novembre et à présent il semblerait que des joueurs américains et espagnols veuillent vous PTO.

Ik werd juist als ambassadeur van eFrankrijk in eBelgie. Ik maak een nieuwe topic (mijn excuses hiervoor) om in staat te zijn om het eerste bericht van het ambassade te kunnen wijzigen om er de laatste belangrijke zaken over eFrankrijk te plaatsen. (bv. de lijst van het eFranse regering).

Over mij IRL: Ik ben belg en leef in Brussel. Ik ben 18 jaar oud en nog steeds op school. Ik kan zonder enig probleem in het Frans (moedertaal), Engels (van mijn lessen op school) en Nederlands/Vlaams (mijn school is vlaams) discussiëren. Maar u zult ongetwijfeld merkendat ik wat meer moeilijkheden heb om via internet in het Nederlands te discussiëren zonder een beetje raar te lijken. Ik weet niet echt de reden hiervoor maar ik ben veel meer op mijn gemak in een echte dialoog (dus gewoon spreken) dan door te schrijven :s Ik maak ook geregeld fouten, neem me hiervoor alsjeblieft niet kwalijk.

Over mij IG: Ik ben in augustus in de United Netherlands beginnen spelen. Ik heb eerst het Belgische partij (BP) ge...euh ik vind daar het passende werkwoord niet voor "gejoind"? En ik ben daar relatief veel actief geworde tijdens een maand of twee als ik me nog goed herinner, totdat mijn Partij president een PTO organiseerde op de UNL. Het heeft mij een beetje van het spel gedegouteerd en ik besloot dus om het spel te verlaten. Wanneer ik terugkwam, exact een maand daarna was bij character bijna dood. Ik besloot om naar België te gaan om tegen de roemeense overheersers te strijden. Ik bleef er gedurende 1 maand.

Daarna heb ik begrepen dat het nutteloos was en ben ik naar UNL teruggekeerd en uiteindelijk naar efrankrijk "gereisd" ben. Daar heb ik begrepen dat de UNL niet de geschikte land was voor mij, het was veel te inactief en de nooir eindende oorlog tussen de belgen en de hollanders vermoeide me gewoon. In eFrankrijk werd ik goed verwelkomd en ontdekte ik vele nieuwe mogelijkheden. Ik melde me aan bij de eFranse leger en werd deel van het grote militaire familie van eFrankrijk Ik vocht zo hard als ik kon tegen de Spaanse aanvallers. Nu ven ik journalist van "The White Fang", Congresman voor Maart 2010, lid van de MinDem (Ministerie van Demografie) en ook sinds kort ambassadeur in eBelgie.

De vorige ambassadeur heeft zijn ontslag genomen om mij de mogelijkheid te geven om het werk an ambassadeur te vervullen, ik dank hem hiervoor

Nu hoop ik dat we goede relaties zullen hebben en dat ik een goede ambassadeur zal zijn. eFrance heeft geen enkel probleem met uw neutraliteit (eFrance is ook neutraal en lid van het Entente). We zijn enkel maar een beetje droevig dat de PTO-risico in eBelgië opnieuw zo hoog ligt. In novembre hebben roemeense spelers jullie gePTOed en nu blijken het amerikaanse en spaanse spelers te zijn.

PS: Kan ik een lijst van jullie regering hebben aub?

Sorry if I have been rude but it is a well known fact that many PTOers (or do you dislike that I call you this way?) are unwilling to help the country they PTOed and just want a puppet state or ruining the economy. Now, I don't know how it is happening here and maybe you have found a great way to live and play together, if it is the case you've my apologies. After all American Seal team was also in the PTO attempt of november 2009 and back then they were totally unwilling to help Belgium if I remember well. Plus, USA still control an eFrench region, despite the fact that my eCountry was willing to improve its relations with yours, so I have the right to think that you're capable of that isn't it?
Give our region back and we'll be best friends.

and concidering my orders recently have been to defend it from various RWs (which I didn't follow BTW) I doupt you'll get it back any time soon. But just so you know, I was against the invasion in the first place (and didnt fight in it)

Given that an ambassador is suppose to be a diplomat, I would suggest you learn a little diplomacy and not start an introduction by trying to alienate a portion of the population.

If you truly have questions regarding how the various ethnicities are merging, there were better ways to proceed. If you are looking to cause tensions, I would recommend plying your trade elsewhere.

But I really don't see what was so wrong in what I said. As an ambassador, my job is to keep eBelgium informed about eFrance. But my job is also to stay informed about eBelgium and understand how life is going on here so I'm also here to discuss important matters and not only to make a hand shake say hello and then leave. If that's such a delicate point it is just the most important thing on which I should get more information. Plus, I represent my country and my country disapproved this PTO attempt, so I'm doing my job just fine by adressing my message in the first place to IRL belgian players and not the PTO-population.

Oui effectivement, EDEN est extrêmement mal perçue en eFrance mais notre position officielle est toujours que nous sommes neutres et que nous ne faisons que nous battre contre ceux qui occupent nos régions comme précisé dans la charte de l'Entente, notre alliance.

As you may have heard, eFrance has recovered 4 of its regions including the important Corsica that is rich in companies.
This is a major news for weak eFrance, it has increased the motivation of our players and we may now envisage placing an hospital in our country. By the way it is a second big step to reconquista of our eCountry

Ah ok, but this is a pretty important job if you want the other countries to recognize you as a real and independent country and permit interactions between eBelgium and the eWorld.

The problem is trying to find enough people that are willing to be ambassadors. That's not too hard in big country, but in a place like Belgium (which has very few active people compared to others) it is very difficult.

As you certainly know, EDEN and PHOENIX forces are struggling hard in our original region Rhones-Alps today. The wall of this huge battle is actually at more than one million but, as we all know, it will all happen in the last minutes of the battle.

We are very grateful towards Phoenix for not letting its friends down and having spent so much gold on liberating Rhone-Alps. If this region is liberated, it will be no doubt that Poland will be weakened and that eFrance will finally get a chance to recover its economic stability.

Wow, it was a real epic battle with 11 millions of damages for both sides But Loland fought thought and probably #1 superpower in the eWorld has secured Rhone Alps and the other RWs launched. I am pretty impressed by their performance even if PHOENIX didn't tanked in RA. Each one's turn? A few days ago epic win with 4/4 regions freed and now it seems to be inverted. It's only the beginning of the real war and I'm sure we'll get our revenge, and RA o/

What do you mean Ely? :/ We are not planning to attack Poland, it would be too expensive and too dangerous for cute kind funny little eFrance

le problème est que : cette région a bien été peuplée lors du "babyboom" en france, sans compter les morts du coté polonais (joueurs ayant délaissé le jeu) donc le mur de défense est très haut et cela sera dur de réunir autant d'argent pour l'attaque.

Oui, le prix est estimé à 2000 golds mais si les polonais perdaient cette région, ce seraient des milliers de polonais qui se retrouveraient plongés en territoire hostile (et on sait, pour avoir perdu toutes nos régions, qu'il est extrêmement difficile de déplacer les 2clikers et les jeunes joueurs) et également une grosse perte vu qu'il s'agit de High Wood. Donc à mon avis l'importance de la région fait que Phoenix retentera dans les jours suivants.

Yes indeed, the price is estimated at almost 2000 golds but if this region is won, it would be thousands of polish players who would be captured in hostile territory and we know (for having lost many players because of this) that it's really hard to move the 2-clickers and the new players and it would be though for them too because it is High Wood region. So I think Phoenix will try again in the next days to invade Rhone Alps.

Limousin has been recovered and returned to its original country
During 24 hours it was in negative till, at 5 minutes of the end a huge raid from Poland brought the wall upwards. At 3 minutes of the end, we (efrance) raided, helped with some ukrainian soldiers and were able to maintain the wall at -35k till the end of the battle. Beautiful *_*

Loire Valley was also won by RW.
We lost many of the launched Rws (Picardy, Burgundy, North Calais) but these two regions are new huge step to our liberation. We don't lose hope and we thank our Phoenix friends for helping us like that. Sfailand (Spain) seems to understand that they aren't enough players to secure all RWs and they swapped regions as Paris (!), Picardy and North Calais back to Loland who will, probably defend it more efficiently (50k citizens it's like two times more than Spain )

Il nous manque actuellement l'Aquitaine et Rhone Alpes qui sont tous deux en possession espagnole. Pour l'instant il y a plus important que ces deux régions car nos amis hongrois sont attaqués de toute part. Nous allons d'abord défendre nos alliés et ensuite s'atteler à nouveau à notre reconquête. Peut-être avec l'aide du Brésil et ses 18 MPPs activés?

We're actually missing Aquitaine and Rhone Alpes, they are both under spanish occupation. For the moment there is more important than these two regions because our hungarian friends are under attack. We'll first defend our allies and friends and after that we'll get back to our reconquest, maybe with the help of Brazil and its 18 actiated MPPs?

Nous en ses temps d'election les americains essaye un PTO sur nous mais pour l'instant c'est sans succes.

Qu'ils essayent seulement. Entretemps la population devient de plus en plus importantes et eux perdent de l'influence sur nous.
