constitution
i'm not a congressmember, so i post this here
I just saw at the congress-section that people are complaining again that the NE vote wasn't/isn't constitutional
the constitution says that there has to be a 24h debate before a proposal can put into a legal vote.
to avoid more problems with this rule, i have a little suggestion about the constitution:
when a vote is not the outcome of a previous 24h during debate, every single congressmember has a veto and thus the right to cancel the vote and start a new debate.
that implies that a vote without 24h debate is still constitutional, but that anyone who want's a debate, can ask one.

Re: constitution
not neccessairy
If I hadnt complained it would have passed, so in fact I already used my veto

Re: constitution
but when you adapt it, the vote is constitutional
i think that some complain about the fact that the vote is unconstitutional, and not about the fact that there wasn't a debate.
and they are right, we have a constitution, we should always follow it.

Re: constitution
The current constitution is messed up. Everyone thinks its already good despite its obvious flaws which I pointed out here:

Good luck convincing the bigots to change it!

Re: constitution
The constitution needs removed, and easier, single laws brought in to replace it like most countries have

If eBe wanted to go down this path, get a working MoJ with a team around him to replace the most important laws, then these seperate laws can be edited a lot more easier without having to changed every single detail on the constitution until it suits everyone

Re: constitution
I was very disappointed to see that there was no MoJ appointed the last two months. We definitely still need one.
