How does the +50 health building work?

I never get any health of it...

This building allows to store 50 extra health, so the limit of health yo can store is 550 (q5 towncenter & +50health building).
Yo can also buy the +100 health building that will increase your limit to 650.

If 'someone' spent 1 hour per day for the last 2 years on this game, and he could have been paid 10 € per hour (which is not unrealistic) for useful work instead, it can be considered that he himself invested an estimated equivalent of 7300 € in this game... 2 hours per day over 4 years is 29200 €. I've only bought SMS gold and I buy it here and there and eventually got to Silver status. I happened to have the points so I bought it simple :/
