yea, the start in the water is p brutal. You're starting on a very small stroke of water with 300-400 contestants who all want to swim up front. You literally get pushed under, get kicks from feet and punches from swimmers in your face when you're in the water.

Now that is definitely brutal... Ironman distances, with large parts of them uphill! If you can do that, I salute you! 07
