Shadowukcs' Ban - Repealed

We, the directors, hold a great responsibility over this forum. It is our duty to keep this forum as safe and as healthy for all the citizens in our community. In order to do so, we have created sanctions for insults and will issue several warnings for bad behavior and several punishments for any recurring misdeeds which would include a variety of bans. All persons who have received such sanctions have done such misdeeds that are also duly noted. This means that each citizen holds an equal responsibility, if not greater, over this forum as well. Each of us has the responsibility to be cordial and respectful to our neighbors and to understand that these sanctions are for the common good.

However, on this occasion, and with the quote above in mind, we have decided to repeal shadowukcs' ban as we know that he has a great passion for this community and that he will reflect upon his past actions and thus will realize the importance of the maintenance of this forum. Consequently, I must make clear that there are no exceptions; anyone who commits any offense that may be considered as an insult (or any inappropriate behavior) will receive the appropriate sanction. It is, however, on our discretion, the directors, whether to impose the full sanction or to lessen it; in this case, we've lessened it. Furthermore, it is also on our discretion whether what an insult is. Generally, an insult constitutes any use of inappropriate language to demean, abash, or abate anyone (and to an extent, hinting to demean, abash, or abate anyone in any way or form may be considered as an insult as well). Let it be also noted that we, the administrators, do not hold favoritism nor start vendettas against anyone. We are neutral parties and we try to refrain from doing shallow actions and from being one-sided or biased. With that explained, I hope you all would understand.

By the way, the repeal of shadow's ban does not include his warnings. Another warning (this month) would constitute another sanction.
