Military companies guidelines Act

Section 1: Framework
1a) Soldiers will not become owner of the company, the company will remain the ownership of the military.

1b) Soldiers are required to work a minimum of 6 days a week in this company, unless they have a motivation that is accepted by a majority in the HC council.

1c) Soldiers are not required to use boosters in this company

1d) Soldiers who own a military company may NOT employ citizens in these companies.

1e) Soldiers may employ other soldiers.

1f)Soldiers MAY NOT sell the products they get from their military companies.

1g) All raws produced in the military companies are 100% turned over to the military production company trough means of the market.

1h) Violation of these rules will result in a warning the first time, continuation or a second warning will result in them having to return the company and being permanently expelled from the program. Refusal to return the companies when asked by the HC, will result in a congress vote being brought up to put the person on the PNG list, ban him from IRC and remove his "citizen"-mask.


Section 2: Control organism

2a) Soldier-GM's will transfer their raws on a weekly or daily basis.

2b)Transferring will happen trough the market where soldier will put his raws on sale for a price that's significantly greater than the market value of that moment. The producer company will buy them, after which the soldier will reimburse the producer.

2c) if a citizen sees a soldier sell raws on the market at regular market prices, he may notify HC of this, who will then investigate it

2d)The GM will compare the soldiers production with the transferred goods to see if everything happens according to the "Military companies guidelines act".

2e) the control, as stated in stated in Section 2d) will happen once every week.

2f) congress may ask for the production records of soldier-GM's in the light of a investigation.
