[HC] Removal of shadowukcs as commander of BAF and appointment of tecuvo
Decision of High Command
After long reflection about the current situation in the Belgian Armed Forces we have come to the following decision:
While we all agree that shadowukcs has done a good job at bringing back supplies to the national army and thank him for that, we sincerely hope that he cares enough for the army and the law to continue his job as supply officer even after this decision.
Motivation:
The commander has publicly refused to organize the army internally with the internal command of BAF and allow for a transparent system (Commander, Second commander and Captain as stipulated by the High Command Act).
We can not accept that the commander openly refuses to follow government issued orders. A rotation system between our allies was planned in and important battles for these allies would be prioritized, this didn’t happen.
The commander has openly mocked all form of authority be it the Government, Congress, the Supreme Court or High Command. We do not believe this kind of behaviour is fit for a leader of the national army.
Recommendations:
In case the command is passed on to tecuvo as requested:
- tecuvo would appoint himself as General and make arrangements with the Ministry of Defense and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to organize the orders and create a transparent policy.
- A second in command to be appointed and a new captain to be elected
- A recruitment program will be set up
- The government and BAF leadership will make sure that missions are frequently available
In case the execution of this decision is refused by shadowukcs as previously announced:
- By law and with great regret will High Command be forced to lead this case in before Supreme Court.
After long reflection about the current situation in the Belgian Armed Forces we have come to the following decision:
The high command hereby removes shadowukcs as official commander of the Belgian Armed Forces and appoints tecuvo as the new commander of the military unit. This should be brought into effect immediatly.
For High Command:
The government represented by Nohjis
Belgian Civilian Army represented by Aldous Zamiatin
This decision was unanimously taken in the absence of a general within BAF.

2. Commanders
A. A removed commander
The refusal of a commander of a state owned Military Unit to step down from his in-game position after High Command has reached a decision to remove said commander will be considered as the following :
- Theft of National Assets (Grade A)
- Misuse of National Assets (Grade B)
- Abuse of Power (Grade A)
…
3. General dispositions
High command willl bring a case before Supreme Court and/or Congress who will then take the necessary measures. Charges for Corruption can be added for any of the above possibilities if proof exists that the Commander was acting at the request of a third party.
