the victory at Wien (or Vie nna in English ) was a land victory by the austrians, not a naval victory. I prefer the Ottomans supporting me against austrians and spanish then getting stuck in between the spanish and the ottomans when the times come

Not at all, Cyprus drained all the water out of the 7 seas to create new lands to occupy, they have already started with the former Mediterranean.
