Talking Real Life meeting

This is something that was discussed before in may other topics.
As far as i know there has bee only one in the past(in Brussels). Is there anyone who can provide info about this meeting(anything can help)
As you can read in the pm below i believed mitte said that maartenw was going to plan a meet. It appears that this was not the case.

This came up in an other topic on the eBelgian forum. and i had a response from mittekemuis stating: "Talk with MaartenW he is planning on organising one in Antwerp or Brussels."
Is this correct and if so is it possible to already share some info about it?
Anyway, i await an answer.

It was just something I wanted to do somewhere this year didn't really plan a date or anything but it was just because I had the feeling nobody in Belgium itself was organising anything so be my guest if you want to

Well then, i will make a topic on the forum and see what this will grow in.
Hopefully there will be enough feedback to actually really start a RL-meeting.

Now this did gave me the idea to start this topic in the hope that you people could provide input in how to organize and/or even work together in making a meeting.
What kind of input do i hope to receive?

Where to organize(exact location)

Who has experience in this mater

What do we do on such a meeting

Who would volunteer in such a meeting

You know of other things that should be discussed on making this(or other) meeting possible.
Then say it right here.

1) [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] set up an event and see who's available when
2) chose location (preferably near a train station)
3) contact admin team, inform them of this and they send you lots of goodies (caps, T-shirts, mousepads,...)
4) reserve
5) brainstorm with the group about an event that can be done

There has been 2 IRL already organized that I am aware of ^^.

Both took place in Brussels and we meet in the north station. Afterwards we did a bit of tourism but we mainly hanged around in a couple of bars and ate a bit in the evening.

For the discussion topics the first time was the election time Shadow vs LeValeureuxLiegeois so we just complained about Shad and we voted against him (the 2 clickers who weren't actively playing at that time at least) :p. We also discussed a bit about the past and history of eRep and other stuffs. Second time was pretty similar I believe (wasn't election time but complaining about shad is so temptating :p).

Now, question 1°: if(and i do say if) we would have a meet, then where would in your opinion be the best spot/location to come together before starting any other planned activity?.
Question 2°: What kind of activity's would be most suitable to do in this meet? This is probably for a part dependable on the location and for an other part depending on how many people will be there on that meet.

These are the questions for now. Other questions will be asked after getting some answers on the first 2.

The location depends on the people that will come. If only Dutch and Flemish then I would suggest Antwerp. If Walloons wants to come then Brussels seems the obvious choice.

First time was with Belgians only. Second time with Dutch people also and in both cases we did it in Brussels.

Doing a tour of the bars in Brussels is always a winning choice Wink

going to brussels or going to antwerp isn't a big difference imho for wallonians
however, look first who is interested, and then look what these people want

I would say, let's all go to shad's house for a nice party, 'project x'-style, but since I will not go to a rl event this probably doesn't matter Razz

Simple: we look in advance on the forum for who of the participants has the smallest e-peen (ea: forum post count) and he, as the junior, has to pay the rounds.

Second question was already answered and for the first one, beside Olv and me, I do not think that the others are still actives (none in eBelgium that is :p).
