Talking Real Life meeting

Here you can tell me which day is most suitable for you to come.

Tomorrow i will make an article presenting what i have planned and sharing this link in there as well so other players who do not come on the forum can join in.

Tommot, I would like to vote for 3 of the 4 dates, but I cannot. Could you change the poll such that we can select different options?

I find it sad that you only took a location and date that I wouldn't come
(on the other hand, it doesn't matter what location or date you would take, I would still not come )

I was thinking about warning the newbies about the corrupting influences of eBe they could meet there, but then I thought that everyone already know that you are one of them, Joffy ^^

First of all, some people would realise that I'm also a human from flesh and blood and not some robot without feelings that act automatic upon some standard instructions
Furthermore, I have no interest in such a RL meet
At last, as long as the meet is organized during the weekend (and in Belgium), it is practically impossible for me to attend independent of my wishes

But tbh, I don't show any signs of being afraid related to such a meet

The date has been chosen...
This meet will take place in Brussels and will start at Station-Brussel-centraal(main hall) where we introduce each other and where will wait for 30 minutes before proceeding to...

Our first stop will be the bowling-alley [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] where we will shoot a few games and we talk some more. And I will try to get something nice for everyone(i can not promise this with cerainty).

After hitting a few strikes we will head for the center of Brussels to see some of the nice things in town and a-long the way we drop by a place to get something to eat and drop by a bar or so to have a drinks.
The end of this meeting will be decided on the moment itself. If you think that getting back home isn't a problem so late then you can always stick around a bit longer and have some more laughs...

Now for some practical details:

* When arriving at the gathering spot you will probably recognize my face (my in-game and forum avatar  are actually a photo of myself) but I will be holding up a board that says "erepbelgium" in big letters.

*This is the exact address of the bowling-alley (just in case you need it): Keizerlaan 36 1000 Brussel.
* Here are the prices of the bowling you should remember so you have enough in your pocket: price per game/person → 4,50 € Price for renting bowling-shoes: 1,00 € per pair.

This was the most favored date to do this: Saturday 21 September 2013

Je ne travaille jamais le weekend mais ce jour-la j'ai malheureusement déjà quelque chose de prévu que je ne peux pas décommander

I did not place an end-hour on it because not everyone has the same time to get back home.
Therefore i suggest that, when we meet in the train-station, you check out the hours on which your train leaves before we proceed to the next stop(bowling). You could check the train-schedule using the internet.

well i have a friend in brussels i can ask him to sleep there, i will see

That will be a fun time to get the train :/ but anyway I should be there if nothing unexpected happens.

Edit: Seems that I can only stay like 5 hours as the train seems to take 3 hours until Brussels

Time has come ^^

I'm back from the eRepBelgium Meet 2013.
It was fun.
There where eventually 5 people who showed up(previous year there here 7 people).
Over this past week(and the 2 weeks before that) several people had to cancel for various reasons and 2 people just didn't show up.

I'll give more details in my article which i intend to write tomorrow.
