I had been considdering to ask some from The Netherlands.
As they did place a post of a meet from there on our forum.

but i am now mainly trying to figure out where we are going to hold this meet.
Also trying to know who would come to the meet.
It is going slowly and sometimes chaotic.

I added many possible dates on saturday's and sunday's in the month's september, october and november.
The only weekends i didn't include are those i can't make to myself(that includes wednesday's, i'm working then). Idea

I will share the chosen date as soon as i have determent the best possible moment based on the gathered info from the doodle-poll and the filled in surveys from my site.
All who filled in will be send a message with the chosen date to confirm they will come or can not come(this message will also contain the info about the planned activity and the initial gathering place).

Shadowukcs has filled in the surveys on my site(but not the doodle). So he will most likely come, yet i would want confirmation of this when i send the message i described above.

I will try to give all of you the message before the 8th of September, witch should provide enough time to prepare. I think.

It is nice of you to fill it in but all i needed was a confirmation that you would come or not.
You would of-course receive(just as all others) a message with the exact date, location(in detail) and activity and other details.

The only difference between those who provided a yes answer and those who said maybe is that we won't be waiting until the"maybe's"show up at the location.

I'm fine whereever and whenever it's held. I'm a day-to-day kind of guy anyway. I rarely decide anything in advance and the last time I had an agenda was back in elementary school.

Going from where I live to Antwerp would take me 1:30 at least - says the NMBS/SNCB, which means more something like 2h30 in my own experience. Razz

I don't care about how much it would cost me to go there, but spending 5h in some trains is just awful.
When you look at a map, Antwerp is really eccentric compared to some other Flemish cities. Moreover Brussels is in the middle of the country, far less difficult to get there. Neutral

I think it might be best to first have a few games in a bowling-alley and then we could go looking at the nice building having a drink a long the way and ending at the spot where we started.

The erepbelgium meet will take place on 22/09/2012 and at 14.00.

This meet will take place in Brussels and will start at Station-Brussel-centraal(main hall) where we introduce each other and where will wait for 30 minutes before proceeding to...

Our first stop will be the bowling-alley Le Crosly Bowling where we will shoot a few games and we talk some more. And I have something nice for everyone.

After hitting a few strikes we will head for the center of Brussels to see some of the nice things in town and a-long the way we drop by in a bar or twoo for some drinks. And when ariving in the center the meet would end. You can always stick around afterwards and have some more laughs...

Now for some practical details:

When ariving at the gathering spot you will probably recognize my face(my in-game and forum avatar are actualy a photo of myself) but I will be holding up a board that says "erepbelgium" in big letters

This is the exact adress of the bowling-alley(just I case you need it): Keizerlaan 36 1000 Brussel

Here are the prices of the bowling you should remember so you have enough in your pocket: price per game/person → 4,20 € Price for renting bowling-shoes: 1,00 € per pair

As organizer I will pay one round/drink for the entire group. Other drink(and/or snacks are to be paid by yourself)

if you intend to bring someone else with you, please let me know before 18/09/2012.
