Congress budgets an 40k bef per day for the MoD-team and/or CP to use at the discretion of the MoD-team and/or CP for supplies, expenses, and material for the current conflict.
1. The funding will continue for the duration of the current conflict until: no NE of eBelgium is present and the three home territories of eBE are liberated, the state budget cannot support the funding, or CM elections for march/April
2. The funds will be used at the discretion of the MoD-team and/or CP
3. Congress may designate a voluntary account keeper representative to maintain an accounting sheet of daily expenses for congress. The MoD-team and/or will report expenses to the representative
4. Unused funds roll over to the next day, but at the end of hostilities, lack of but, or cm elections, unallocated funds are returned to the state budget.
