After my presidential program and introductory articel, I would like to present you my prospective government. I tried to find motivated and experienced players, I hope you’ll be satisfied with the result.

I ask the new President to go for direct democracy.... this means that every new law proposal must be voted first on the forum.

next to that he's cabinet must be build following the last ellections result... the parties who got the most congresmembers must get the same share in Cabinet!! If not we wil not recognize this cabinet and we wil impeach the president.

Good luck, for impeachment you need 2/3 majority of Congress, HOPE and BB doesn't even reach the 50% :p

1- Direct democracy (Every new law must get pre-voted in game before the debate and law proposal on the forum)

2- Cabinet: The cabinet must be a reflection of congresellections, that means...the partie's who have the most congresmembers must have the most cabinet members.... if not i can't recognize the cabinet.

congress and government are 2 different things, otherwise the voting would be the same day.

If the CP wants that the hole cabinet is made by his partymembers nobody can avoid that, if he takes people of the oposition it is a sign of solidarity, if you push him further is a sign of hostality, so that is undemocratic.
but you can always propose it in congress if you think it must be so, than it becomes democratic

The first part of your proposal (forum votes before IG) is good. I support it.
The second isn't. In a democracy there are 3 kind of power:

1. Executive Power - exercised by the executive branch of the government such as the presidency. Its function is to execute and enforce the law.

2. Legislative Power - the power to legislate. This is exercised by the Congress.

3. Judicial Power - to power to settle legal disputes. This is exercised by judicial courts.

We mustn't combine the elections of the first and the second powers. It wouldn't be democratic.

Two independent powers, congress is making laws, government is leading the country in pursuance of laws.

cp operator needs to follow the programme from the elections in the first place. not to transfer the power on any cabinet. cp operator don't even need a cabinet, if s/he just fulfils and executes that programme.

The cabinet and the congress have to be two different things. If aren't, there is no democracy anymore.

Whaaaaaaaat ? You are kidding right, Montesquieu was wrong ? That is a very good joke I must say.

The CP is free to do what he wants. If he wants a cabinet with only members of party A then it is his right to do so. If he wants members of party A,B and C then he can do so. What if party A wins the most CM's but none of them really want to be in gov ? And party B doesn't get into congress but his members are very experienced in gov work ? That's quite unfair.

As you said, this game is different then RL, so other rules apply here. The system we have has been good and there was no complain what so ever till now, when you guys started blackmailing alexandross.

I too think the ministers should be regarded as "helpers" for the CP and not people that take over his job.

You can not force a congress member to become a part of a cabinet/government.
Ever considered that not all CM's wants that.
And before you know it your short-handed...

there is no democracy so far. and with a cabinet there won't be. this game has twisted/retarded mechanics/rules and we need to straighten it as much as possible.
