I think that it will be better if belgium will modify the taxes like this
FOOD : import 1% vat 3%
weapons : import 1% vat 3 %
raw import food : 3%
raw import weapon 3%
and it will write some World wide articles abiut the new taxes and the benefits for sellers
It will make belgium a fiscal paradise and it will brigng new people with license. that can sell cheaper here.. lower prices will bring more buyers.. more buyers = more money in the country ..

I always was wondering what would be a good next step for upgrading my factory. Now i have a better idea what to expect.

Unfortunately there are a lot of people(most from HOPE and Babyboom) who think that import taxes must be very high and other taxes almost non-existing.

if you have a high import tax people from outside will not come and sell.. if few sells the prices tend to be high.. if you have high prices.. people will not buy from your market

I know, one of the basics in economics.
We can always suggest it in congress and see what response there will be on it.
Hopefully a lot of positive ones.

I think the taxes were set to protect the eBelgians who have companies. So they can make some profits too.

Errr... Don't produce weapons if you're not buying raws at 0.02 CC.
