Immigration

I don't know who is in charge of immigration [hopefully not those who have let in PTOers], however, I hope the IOs see this as obviously suspicious, and should probably reject them unless they have someone who can vouch.

All three said pretty much the same, 'dear friends,' 'please approve me Belgian CS,' 'thanks o/' etc, whereas no other application are as closely similar. Not to mention, all are from the US and they all applied on the same date.

HOPE will probably let them in anyway  
They have let in enough PTO'ers and suspicious people

Yes, however, in the event they do not, it would be good not to let them in on purpose.

It's a bit of a moot point right now, as there are very few passes left, and some of those who hold them are completely inactive.
