Sinon il serait intéressant de connaitre la position de l'eFrance concernant l'eBelgique car apparemment pas mal de membres du congres étaient en faveur du NE.

Bonsoir, effectivement la plupart des membres du Congrès sont pour la NE, pour les raisons suivantes (extraites d'un message qui résume très bien leurs pensées) :
* Bonus au ranking pour nos citoyens
* Bonus au train
* Pas de dépense militaire vu la faiblesse de la Belgique
* Si le point précédent se révèle faux, la NE durera plus longtemps donc tant mieux
* Attaque d'un pays affilié a l'alliance ennemi
* C'est pas comme si les belges allaient avoir une vengeance terrible...

Mais cela n'est que le point de vue d'une faible majorité de personne, le reste comme moi est contre.

au moins, tu es honnête... Le bonus de Ne entraîne beaucoup de problèmes dans les relations des pays, il est clair que pour nous, voir une NE surprise (enfin bon c'est pas la première fois), dès qu'une NE ne passe pas, on a l'impression qu'on se retourne sur nous, sans tenir compte de nous.

Ici le souci, c'est qu'avec tous vos mpp's, on ne pousse vers une alliance qui est à l'opposé de la votre.

There is a special clause in the polish/french treaty which say they can't attack them (to prevent spain to be attacked from everywhere (usa, brazil, france).

We can't attack Spain because we signed a sort of end of war with Poland for not to be invaded again by Poland.... so it's better to no attack Spain but I think attack you is bad too...

Le problème ici, c'est de savoir ce que va faire l'efrance, car le bonus de la NE, en Belgique, on ne s'en plaint pas de trop, on a fait sans pendant pas mal de temps.

Il est dur de ne pas être agressif envers un pays qui nous prend pour un pushing-ball. Une Ne en plus comme je te l'ai dit sera très difficile pour vous car soit ce sont de gros pays (et vous vous faites mangés) soit ce sont de petits pays (on les pousse vers ONE et ils font des mpp's).

Cela devient un peu pour eux, des protecteurs (bien que je n'aime pas ce mot, mais il faut être honnête). Nous étions bien tranquilles avec une NE parfaite avec les Netherlands. Suite aux attaques de l'efrance, uk... Nous avons perdu beaucoup. Cela je ne pense pas que l'efrance pourra nous le rendre.

Bah, je pense qu'on pourrait faire une TW avec la France, mais faudrait que vous envoyiez toute l'armée de notre coté de la frontière pour éviter qu'on soit envahis^^.

Tout d'abord, la France n'est pas très forte, et si on NE un autre pays de ONE, on risque de se faire envahir, d'où le fait qu'on le respecte.
Disons que 60% des membres du Congrès sont comme tu les décris et veulent agrandir notre territoire au nom de TERRA et de la France (preuve d'egoïsme ) ou alors, veulent le bonus +0,5. A l'inverse, les 40% n'oublient pas les alliés du passé, même s'il sont dans ONE désormais , ou alors craignent des représailles ...

Sinon, les gens qui sont pour la NE avec vous le sont pour les raisons que j'ai cité plus haut.

Le problème Matthieu, c'est qu'à force d'avoir des bonus de Ne, la population s'y habitue et met la pression sur le gouvernement, mais celui-çi n'a pas beaucoup de choix ... Ils prennent une décision et le peuple n'est pas content non plus. On s'habitue très vite aux bonus.
Tu remarques cela surtout dans les pays étant dans une alliance.
Mais une fois qu'une alliance sort du lot, elle progresse, et rien n'arrête la machine. Il ne reste plus que les petits pays.

Il vous faudrait un pays de force égale et qui pourrait vous satisfaire et eux-mêmes être satisfaits. La Belgique est un très mauvais choix, car nous nous battons pour nos valeurs, et ce que nous déplorons, c'est l'habitude qu'ont les pays un peu plus grands a prendre des décisions sans accord ou diplomatie au préalable.

De toute façon en tant qu'ambassadeur, tu ne pourras pas changer ton pays, tu peux juste essayé de détendre les tensions, et malheureusement, au vu de la situation, il y a du travail.

I'm from Australia in Real life so I only speak English. I'm not actually an eBelgian at this stage but maybe again in the future. Speak English where you can and if you don't feel confident or able to say something in English, say it in French, we can get translations and it will make it easier for you and for us.

thanks matthieu for your work : i know that efrance want to have better relations and i hope that.

It's hard for an ambassador to create a better relation, but i'm sure in the futur we can make an effort if we see the same in the other side.

The goal of the ambassador should be to ensure that the ideals or issues being presented in the nation he is appointed to can be heard by the government of the time.

We in eNZ have a update for our CP and party leaders at the end of each month on the basic's of the nations we have people in. Although to be honest, I think besides myself, there are very few eNZ ambassadors.

No sure. But you have several things who can change all in relations, example : you have a president who are against a country... it's bad ... the next month you have another president who defends good relations, he tries to change the situation... I see a big difference this month and it's the begining of it like the last one.

Yes, at least we try to reconcile after the Kallmar's government and after the NE launched for a single bonus by some Congress members.
