Hospitals? Empty Hospitals?

Hi all,
So as you know, we're having a training war with eNE. So I was wondering why we haven't built any hospitals yet because wouldn't that allow for many citizens to level up quicker? I'm sure our government can afford some hospitals, right? It's just my thought. Perhaps can someone clarify why we don't have hospitals? Smile

They are very expensive to make and/or buy and since admins changed stuff, they can be used up very easily.

You can use them in the first 30 seconds of a battle or something, then they are depleted.

When you look at the region, you can see where is the hospital and in which part of the battle you can have the help. (example round 1)

The hospital has a definite duration , it is not eternal.

We haven't hospitals in this moment, you can see that in constructions.
