Good luck
But I dont like this:
I will also formulate a plan for foreign Military Units to enter the nation either as a military or political force, but in return to place a pivotal investment in Belgium to protect national security as well as foster the economy.

you do realise that such an action is pretty dangerous
MUs entering Belgium get easily a lot of positions and take over congress whenever they want

Thus why a pivotal investment is required. And besides, we can limit the entrance. But yes, it does have its downsides, but I plan to formulate a semi-permeable immigration policy.

And that means in practice?

E.g. a *non-descript-nationality* MU knocks on the door and says "Llo, we're thirty strong fighters. Can we be eBelgians? We will be good guys."

Eg. They pay lotsa money (or refuse to) and we bar them from major offices and maintain a low foreign presence the entire month.

a. they will either give up and we earn something or
b. they will either become part of the community and we still earn something + possibilities

And, a slow process. Not 30 people at the same time. Perseverance for them, profit for us.

a. They lose their credibility if they do something shady (with only half or 1/4 of their people in) - they get denounced and barred from everything, the process stops, thus they give up, and we still earn something.

And why would we accept MU's entering our country anyway? What could be their reason to join such a small insignificant (on world scale) country?

Idd. But in-case one would do so, an Open policy is my policy, of course, with a control.

Glenn Wauters wrote:

That is very possible, yes. But the process, in my opinion, can be carefully overseen, because the point of my open policy is that these people could be beneficial. We just need to be very careful but not to the point of paranoia.

One person is in Belgium enough to start a PTO, one
thats why we have to be paranoia
In the USA you need 10-20 men to get one guy in congress

I think that is a very naive stance.
With your idea's we'll be most likely be PTO'ed in no time.

It's called taking risks. We've been practicing the same monotonous policy, is it bringing us anywhere in terms of population?

Saying, I want to open our immigration to everyone, no exception is a naive stance. That is the reason for careful management. There is nothing naive with precaution.

Im not opening any borders. Im easing the immigration, making it less stingy. If, for some miracle, I get elected, and we don't get PTO'ed even with my policy, you'll owe me 10 gold! Razz
