wellness problems

i'm having problems with keeping my wellness up, it keeps getting worse but i have food in stock,
so doesn't the food help me enough or do i need to buy more....
or what is the sollution of keeping your wellness high;

you have 80 wellness
which is pretty good

tho the higher your wellness the less effective food becomes
in order to get it higher you will need food with a higher quality lvl

or a house. A house makes your food work more efficiently.

You can buy higher Q food.
Buy Q2 or higher food.
Wellness will go up more
