I say taxes, if we make taxes low we will get more people thus getting more workers. I suggust about 1 to 5% on most taxes and maybe some at 20%.

In theory, this works. In practice however, noone looks at the income tax of the e-country they live in.

We need to advertise it worldwide, its the only way. Or if you wish, I'd be happy to look up some Belgium RL forums and try and get some people to join

But it is in a Q5 company
So two Q2 en 1 Q1 bread needed to recover
So lets take 2 Q2 bread that makes -4.5BEF (for the two Q2 bread)
And I only get 32.5BEF (taxes)
32.5BEf - 4.5BEF = 28.5BEF
Still very, very nice

Re: How to attract workers to eBE?
we need or cheap raw, or low taxes for huge wages... that is fact...(if we want attract workers with huge wages)
If we manage to do that, we need state companies on job market to put that huge wages....
Situation very difficult after these new changes...

How about some RL Belgian forums, if some of us can sign up and put a topic in, we might get some people joining.

You are very funny guy.
When you had some solid proof, then I'll answer your accusations and by then I will ignore these cheap accusations.
I please admins of this forum to prevent these accusations without evidence.

Re: How to attract workers to eBE?
Is that means, if I post offer of Level 1 on job market and some of multies hire in my company that I make them???
This is nonsense... Making multies is not my level...
If I remember this topic should help eBelgium to attract some new citizens with fresh ideas. (someones envy spoil eBelgium prosperity)

I never said you made the multis. Sounds like a guilty conscience. Sure, you may not of made them, but you profit off them and have the right and obligation to report and fire them!

I would keep multies in my company untill I found replacement
In categories I would fire like this, so if one new guy enters:
1. Health?
2. Working everyday?
3. Multi?

Re: How to attract workers to eBE?
Attract workers? How would you want to attract workers, there is not a single country in the world that has too few companies? Look at some job markets. Let me know in which country there is no war for employees. You will not find one.
In fact, we Belgians do quite good (read: our wages are quite low). There are countries where wages are double our wages.
Of course, this means that all products become more expensive. People think this is because we do not have enough food company's. Indeed we do not, but the food company's are not making huge profits because they need to increase their wages every week to not lose their workers.
As some suggested on the forum, gathering citizens on online fora is more interesting and rewarding, methinks.

aka, Idk, it is what TR and the rest have told me. But I'm just not your recruiter. you are free to try. If we want to get rid of them, I can always troll them out.

It's just, we governments need to do the work the admins should actually be doing: advertising this game! :-)
Re: How to attract workers to eBE?
I've been looking for Belgium forums and their are none. Its really frustrating, we just need to get a popular Belgium website and get an ad for maybe 2 days, that might be enough to get a few more Belgian citizens playing!

A few more citizens trying the game, perhaps one actually staying in the game for more than a week.
Re: How to attract workers to eBE?
I found a much visited website for belgian and dutch players
It's where I (and some others) have recruited a lot other players
BUT
Before we are trying to get people to join Erepublik, we have to make sure they are welcomed
Someone told me lately about a guy from a radio station who had brought a huge amount of people to Belgium thanks to his radio interview about Erepublik, but Belgium lacked the means to catch these players up, to help them through their first days and eventually those players left because of A LACK OF WAR
So, Belgians first ad only babyboom was destroyed by its own faillure
IF this should happen again, we have to be ready to launch tutorials and make sure there is the possibility of war (eventually)
Players want action, in Erepublik the problem is that you first have to be patient before you can fight
Also the lack of information of what to do in the game are bad
This is why we should post a tutorial every 2 days, this can be the same tutorial, but its just to make it clear to new players what is expected from them
Now, lets start with looking how we can make this game interesting for newbies and then start to spam belgian forums to make them join us

Re: How to attract workers to eBE?
Again me and Serbia example... What do you think why eSerbia have so many players. Because every 3 month we have presentation on of NATIONAL TV STATIONS. (in news, in morning program, special shows) than in biggest national newspapers, free newspapers...
This is person who manage to arrange everything because he is showman and celebrity in Serbia and playing erepublik. http://www.erepublik.com/en/citizen/profile/1323958
